*LinkedIn's weekly invite ceiling (around 100–200) is enforced at the account level and applies regardless of tier. Upgrading your plan does not raise it.

LinkedIn Free

The default account. You can send connection requests, message 1st-degree connections, and run basic keyword searches. Search results are capped by LinkedIn's "commercial use limit" — after roughly a few dozen profile-heavy searches per month you're throttled until the next cycle. There are no InMail credits, so cold messaging outside your network is not possible.

In LinkeFlow: works for Profile Visit, Follow, Endorse, and Message steps aimed at existing connections. Skip Sales Navigator prospect sources and the InMail fallback step.

Premium Career & Premium Business

Premium adds richer profile visibility (90 days of "who viewed your profile"), removes the commercial-use search cap, and gives you 5 (Career) or 15 (Business) InMail credits per month. It's a modest upgrade for individual sellers and job seekers.

In LinkeFlow: Premium unlocks a small InMail fallback — if an invite is not accepted within your wait window, the sequence can send a single InMail instead of stalling. Search sources are still standard LinkedIn search.

Sales Navigator

The tier most B2B outbound teams standardize on. You get 40+ lead and account filters (seniority, function, company headcount, technologies used, recent job changes, intent), saved searches with alerts, lead & account lists, and 50 InMail credits per month. Search results expose up to ~2,500 profiles per query versus Free's ~100.

In LinkeFlow: Sales Navigator search is a first-class prospect source. Paste a Sales Nav search URL or import a Lead List, and LinkeFlow will page through results, dedupe against blacklists and prior campaigns, and drop targets straight into your sequence. Higher InMail throughput also makes InMail fallback steps practical at scale.

Recruiter (Lite & Pro)

Recruiter is optimized for hiring workflows — Projects, candidate pipelines, Recruiter-only InMail templates, and the widest set of filters LinkedIn offers. It's significantly more expensive and, for sales use cases, mostly redundant with Sales Navigator.

In LinkeFlow: we treat Recruiter accounts like any other LinkedIn account — invites, messages, profile visits, and Recruiter-tier InMail all work. Recruiter-only Project data is not imported; use Sales Navigator search or a CSV instead.

How each plan maps to LinkeFlow

LinkedIn Free
Great for testing sequences on warm 1st-degree contacts. Use Profile Visit + Message steps; skip Sales Navigator search sources.
Premium Career / Business
Adds InMail credits so a small fallback InMail step becomes viable when an invite is declined. Search is still limited to standard filters.
Sales Navigator
Unlocks Sales Navigator search as a prospect source in LinkeFlow, Lead List imports, and higher InMail throughput for fallback steps.
Recruiter (Lite / Pro)
Best for talent workflows. LinkeFlow uses standard messaging and connect steps; Recruiter-only Project data is not imported.

Frequently asked questions

Does upgrading raise LinkedIn's weekly invite limit?

No. The ~100–200 invites/week ceiling is per account and independent of subscription tier. LinkeFlow paces sends with jitter and daily caps to stay well under it.

Can I run LinkeFlow on a Free account?

Yes. Sequences that rely on Sales Navigator search or heavy InMail fallbacks will be limited, but connect + message + profile-visit flows work fine.

Is Sales Navigator required for LinkeFlow?

No — but it substantially expands what you can target. Most teams see the largest reply-rate lift from better targeting, not more volume.
